제 1 조 (목적)

본 약관은 Visual Image Utility Suite(이하 "서비스")가 제공하는 HEIC 변환, GIF 메이커, WebP 변환, 용량 압축기 및 워터마크 삽입 등 브라우저 기반 유틸리티 서비스의 이용에 관한 제반 조건과 절차를 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제 2 조 (이용 조건 및 무상 서비스)

본 서비스는 모든 이용자에게 원칙적으로 가입 없이 무료로 제공됩니다. 단, 대량의 파일을 고속 처리하거나 고급 압축 옵션을 사용할 때 발생하는 성능 제한이 있을 수 있으며, 차후 일부 기능(예: 10개 이상의 대용량 파일 일괄 ZIP 다운로드 등)은 프리미엄 유료 서비스로 전환되거나 기능 제한이 적용될 수 있습니다.

제 3 조 (책임 제한 - Disclaimer of Warranties)

본 서비스는 전적으로 사용자의 브라우저 성능 및 로컬 하드웨어(CPU/RAM) 자원에 의존하여 파일 변환 연산을 수행합니다.

따라서, 사용자의 저사양 디바이스 성능 부족이나 일시적인 브라우저 크래시, 대용량 파일 처리 도중 발생하는 OOM(Out of Memory) 현상, 라이브러리 연산의 비정상적 오류 등으로 인해 발생할 수 있는 데이터 손실, 변환 결과물 손상 또는 변환 지연에 대해 서비스 운영자는 어떠한 민·형사상 법적 책임도 부담하지 않습니다. 중요한 데이터는 변환 전 반드시 원본을 별도로 백업하여 보관하시기 바랍니다.

제 4 조 (결과물 파일의 저작권 및 사용 허가)

사용자가 본 서비스를 통해 업로드하거나 변환, 편집하여 생성한 모든 결과물 이미지 및 애니메이션 파일에 대한 소유권과 지식재산권은 전적으로 업로드한 원작자 및 가공한 사용자 본인에게 있습니다.

사용자는 결과물을 비상업적 목적뿐만 아니라 블로그 게재, 소셜 미디어 업로드, 마케팅, 상업 광고 등 모든 상업적 용도로도 제한 없이 임의로 활용할 수 있습니다.

제 5 조 (서비스 변경 및 중단)

본 서비스는 사전 고지 없이 웹사이트의 디자인 개선, 오류 수정, 라이브러리 판올림을 진행할 수 있으며 필요시 서비스 전체 또는 일부 기능을 일시적 혹은 영구적으로 변경 및 중단할 수 있습니다.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms and conditions govern the use of browser-based utility tools (including HEIC Converter, Animation Maker, WebP Converter, Image Compressor, and Watermark Adder) provided by Visual Image Utility Suite (the "Service").

Article 2 (Terms of Use and Free Service)

The Service is provided free of charge without registration. However, limitations on performance may apply when processing large quantities of files. Certain features (such as bulk downloading 10 or more files as a ZIP archive) may be restricted or offered as paid premium features in the future.

Article 3 (Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer)

The Service executes file conversion logic entirely within the user's web browser using local hardware resources (CPU, RAM, Web Workers).

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We assume no legal liability or responsibility for data loss, damage to output files, browser crashes, or conversion failures resulting from system performance degradation or Out-of-Memory (OOM) exceptions. Users are strongly advised to back up all original files before using the Service.

Article 4 (Copyright and Commercial Use)

Ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights of all files uploaded, converted, or generated via the Service belong exclusively to the original uploader or creator.

Users are granted permission to use the processed output files for both non-commercial and commercial purposes (including blogs, social media posts, advertising, and promotional materials) without any restrictions.

Article 5 (Changes and Termination of Service)

We reserve the right to modify, upgrade, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service (including interface layout and engine libraries) at any time without prior notice.
